Provides direct basic nursing care and assists with unit coordination for patients in a hospital setting. Works under the supervision of Registered Nurses to care for patients in stable condition and assists with acutely ill or complex patients as needed. Documents care in the electronic medical record and supports admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining patient safety and privacy.
