About this role
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and reports to the Nurse Manager, providing multi-skilled support for a decentralized, patient-centered approach to care. The role focuses on assisting with patient comfort and medical needs, including measuring and documenting vital signs and identifying and reporting patient concerns. The PCT also assists with moving, turning, and relocating patients as required.
