About this role
A Patient Care Technician at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital works on the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), a 24-bed unit caring for medical-surgical patients including those on BiPAP and chronic ventilators. This is a full-time night-shift position (7pm–7am) based in Virginia Beach that offers learning and development opportunities and is suitable for current clinical students.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Sentara Care Partner Certification Program
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
- National Patient Care Technician (NCPCT)
- US Navy Hospital Corps School
- EMR/EMS/EMT/AEMT/Paramedic Certification
- Current Clinical Student (RN/LPN/RT/PT)
- Recent PCT/Nursing Assistant Experience
- American Health Association BLS (within 90 days of hire)
