Patient Care Technician (PCT) Trainee

About this role
Overlake Medical Center’s 11-week Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training Program prepares participants to become PCTs through classroom instruction at Lake Washington Institute of Technology and clinical experience at Overlake. Trainees receive paid training hours and benefits, and upon passing the CNA exam and earning NA-C certification they will be placed into a PCT role with a required one-year commitment to Overlake. The program includes paid training and eventual placement into part-time to near-full-time PCT positions, often on night shift.
