The Patient Care Technician is a frontline clinical support role within Sentara Norfolk General Hospital's Resource Pool. The position works under RN supervision across multiple units in a large tertiary-care, Level I trauma center, supporting patient care and clinical operations.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Sentara Care Partner Certification
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
- National Patient Care Technician (NCPCT)
- US Navy Hospital Corps School
- EMR/EMS/EMT/AEMT/Paramedic
- Current Clinical Student (RN/LPN/RT/PT)
- Recent PCT/Nursing Assistant Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
