About this role

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to perform multi-skilled activities supporting a decentralized, patient-centered approach to care. The role provides nursing support for Phase 2 post-anesthesia and observation patients, including postoperative day-zero/one patients and preoperative medical-surgical patients awaiting surgery. The position is scheduled as night shifts in a hospital setting.
