About this role
The Patient Care Technician – Unit Secretary provides both clinical and secretarial support to a hospital nursing unit, assisting the Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse to maintain efficient unit operations. The role supports patient admissions, unit communications, and helps ensure positive interactions with patients, families, staff, and physicians. This is a full-time position based at Swedish Hospital in Chicago with floating across inpatient units as needed.
