About this role
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct, hands-on support to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Working under RN supervision, the PCT helps ensure patients receive safe, compassionate dialysis treatment and supports the clinical care team through day-to-day patient interactions and clinic operations.
