About this role
A Patient Care Technician (PCT) providing on-site dialysis treatments in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dialysis den, responsible for the ongoing care of dialysis patients and ensuring treatments stay on track. The PCT works closely with dialysis RNs to deliver safe, comfortable hemodialysis care, including patient monitoring and machine setup. The role is scheduled primarily Monday/Wednesday/Friday with no on-call and may support other local SNF dens.
