Patient Care Technician

The Patient Care Technician provides direct patient care in the emergency department, responding to call lights, documenting care, and performing clinical tasks such as EKGs, IV starts, venipuncture, and CPR. The role also includes assisting physicians with procedures, managing supplies, and transporting patients while adhering to Mercyhealth policies and quality standards.
