Patient Centered Science (PCS) Director

The Patient Centered Science (PCS) Director leads therapy area and project-level patient‑centered evidence strategies, focusing on clinical outcome assessments, patient‑reported outcomes, and broader patient experience data across the product lifecycle. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to define COA/PRO endpoints, identify evidence gaps, and integrate patient‑centered evidence into clinical plans, regulatory submissions, and market access strategies. The director also manages external vendors, drives scientific communication, and represents PCS with regulatory, HTA, and external stakeholders.
