A Patient Account Representative at the Medical University Hospital Authority provides customer service to patients regarding their patient accounts and conducts outbound collection calls to resolve outstanding balances in an automated call center environment. The role is a full-time, 40-hour onsite position (Monday–Friday) with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed.
