About this role

Responsibilities

• Engage patients politely and compassionately during all interactions
• Perform check‑in, consent, registration, and eligibility verification
• Provide waiting‑room concierge service and assist with kiosk check‑in
• Manage practice opening/closing, mail, cash reconciliation, and fax processing
• Collaborate with Access Center partners to address scheduling and clinical inquiries
