Patient Contact Centre Advisor

The Patient Contact Centre Advisor role is based in Cardiff and focuses on delivering an efficient patient customer service experience within the Patient Support Centre. The position involves managing outpatient bookings, handling telephone lines, processing referral and appointment letters, and responding to patient and consultant enquiries. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
