Patient Coordinator

The Patient Coordinator serves as the primary non-clinical point of contact for patients, families, and referring providers, coordinating appointments, referrals, and pre‑certifications while ensuring smooth workflows across multiple specialties. This full‑time, onsite role at UChicago Medicine Medical Group's Hinsdale clinic supports patients in navigating care, accessing resources, and overcoming barriers such as transportation and financial counseling.
