Patient Coordinator

This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, focusing on greeting them upon arrival, checking them in, and recording vital signs to prepare them for clinical consultations. The position requires a calm and reassuring presence to support patients who may be anxious or unwell, ensuring accurate information is passed to the clinical team. It is a hands-on, front-of-house role that does not involve answering phones, which are handled centrally.
