Patient Estimate Specialist

The Patient Estimate Specialist prepares accurate and timely patient estimates for scheduled services across University Health, serving as a subject matter resource for Good Faith Estimates and insurance-based estimates. This role collaborates with scheduling, financial counseling, and revenue cycle teams to ensure patients receive clear information about their anticipated financial responsibility before receiving services. The position also involves proactively communicating estimated balances and assisting patients with financial assistance or payment options.
