Patient Financial Counselor

This role involves performing patient financial counseling, collections, and insurance reporting while serving as a liaison between patients and the hospital to educate them on financial obligations. The position is also responsible for managing all patient scheduling and pre-registration activities for in-office and hospital procedures or surgeries. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, billing, and surgical scheduling within a medical specialty practice or hospital setting.
