Patient Financial Services Coordinator

This position coordinates and facilitates patient billing and collection activities, including payment posting, collections, and payer claims research, to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. The role involves working as part of a team to manage accounts receivable, resolve billing issues, and provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments. The coordinator is responsible for reconciling account balances, researching payment discrepancies, and utilizing systems to document and report statistical data.
