Responsibilities

• Coordinates appointment scheduling and follows office scheduling policies
• Maintains timely flow of patients
• Schedules tests and procedures at other facilities
• Answers multiple line telephone and routes calls promptly
• Assists provider and nurse with support duties including faxing and record keeping
