Patient Flow Coordinator

This role initiates and leads patient flow strategies to ensure the right patient is placed in the right bed at the right time. The position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to solve flow and occupancy pressures while managing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. The coordinator monitors bed utilization, ensures proper isolation requirements, and facilitates safe patient transitions across the organization.
