Patient Navigator-Cancer (Temporary)

The Patient Navigator-Cancer coordinates and supports patients' access to oncology services from diagnosis through all phases of care, serving as a liaison between patients, families, and providers. This role ensures timely communication, coordinates appointments and treatments, and manages referrals and medical documentation. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical terminology and insurance processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
