Patient Navigator

The Division of Gastroenterology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai seeks a Patient Navigator to manage a caseload of patients, schedule and facilitate colonoscopy procedures, and ensure adherence to care plans. The role also includes mentoring less experienced navigators, coordinating with management, and supporting the colorectal cancer screening program to reduce health disparities.
