Patient Navigator

Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with the Care Team and help patients grow their families by simplifying the treatment process. This role involves working closely with the nursing team to provide patients with the information needed to approach their treatment cycle with confidence and ensure a seamless transition to cycle management. The position requires generating journey maps, tracking diagnostic procedures, and explaining complex medical processes in an accessible manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt onsite role based in Portland, OR, requiring early hours and rotational weekends and holidays.
