Patient Navigator

The Patient Navigator assists with coordinating daily operations at the front information desk for the Commack or Lake Grove locations, ensuring efficient workflow, patient care, and transportation. This role involves greeting patients, managing phone calls, tracking new patient inquiries, and facilitating patient flow while maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The position requires occasional travel between locations and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
