About this role
The Patient Care Observer at Cooley Dickinson Hospital provides continuous in-room monitoring of assigned patients to help ensure their safety and support the clinical team. The role operates under the direction of the unit’s Shift Charge Nurse and reports to the Respiratory Therapy Manager. It is a per diem, onsite position within the Mass General Brigham system and part of the 1199SEIU bargaining unit.
