The Patient Payment Coordinator identifies, tracks, and coordinates the collection of patient financial responsibilities within the Revenue Cycle Management department. This role involves reviewing Explanation of Benefits and patient accounts to accurately determine amounts owed, including deductibles and copayments. The position requires close collaboration with clinic staff, patients, and the RCM team to ensure timely and professional balance collection.
