Patient Placement Coordinator

This position supports patient-centered care by providing leadership and assuming responsibility for the general direction of hospital and departmental activities in the absence of administration. The role involves managing patient flow, facilitating intrahospital and interhospital transfers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory issues. The coordinator is responsible for appropriate bed assignments and overseeing the Bed Capacity Plan.
