The Patient Programming/Ambassador Manager for ulixacaltamide will own the strategy, planning, and execution of patient-focused programs and ambassador initiatives that bring the patient perspective into Praxis' commercial organization. This role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers, translating their experiences into impactful programming, and ensuring the patient voice is represented across the brand. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and compliance oversight to support people living with essential tremor throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

Own patient programming strategy and annual operating plan for ulixacaltamide
Lead end-to-end management of patient ambassador program including recruitment and training
Manage assigned patient programming and ambassador budgets and external partner performance
