Patient Registration Associate

The Patient Registration Associate provides support across all divisions of the Department of Surgery and the Highland Procedures Center, handling patient greeting, demographic and insurance verification, appointment scheduling, medical records, and telephone management. The role ensures accurate data entry into hospital information systems, manages patient flow, and communicates with patients and staff to deliver patient‑centered care and operational efficiency.
