Patient Registration Lead

This role serves as a lead and front-line contact for incoming patients, responsible for greeting, registering, scheduling, and providing general information to patients and their families. The position ensures prompt and accurate patient registrations while verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and preparing patient charts in advance. The incumbent delivers high-level customer service and maintains patient confidentiality in accordance with the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
