Patient Registration Rep

This role initiates the Revenue Cycle by collecting accurate patient demographic and financial information to create clean claims for timely reimbursement. The position provides front-line, patient-facing support at registration, interacting with patients, families, and clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional customer service. It serves as a point of contact for scheduling, insurance verification, and patient financial discussions within the Main Registration area.
