A Patient Registration Representative who begins the revenue cycle by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce clean claims and support timely reimbursement. The role provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, physicians and associates, and supports registration functions across patient access areas. It also assists with insurance eligibility verification, authorization tracking, patient estimates, and basic administrative duties.
