Patient Registration Rep

The Patient Registration Representative manages inpatient and outpatient admissions by verifying patient identification, demographics, and insurance information to secure encounters and collect payments. This role requires maintaining accurate documentation in computer systems while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance regulations during weekday to weekend shifts. Candidates will provide excellent customer service to patients and families while handling administrative tasks such as consent forms and patient valuables management.
