The Patient Registration Representative provides front‑line customer service in the centralized admitting office, handling pre‑registration, insurance verification, data entry, and point‑of‑service collections while ensuring patient privacy and financial accuracy. The role supports patient flow, connects patients with financial counseling, and assists with wayfinding under the supervision of the Patient Access Manager.
