Patient Registration

The Patient Registrar handles the day-to-day process of checking in and out patients, verifying demographics and insurance information, collecting co-pays, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with the patient population. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, communicates clearly, gets along well with others, and is able to multitask.
