Patient Relations Liaison

Chaparral Medical Group — Powered by AKIDO is hiring two full-time Patient Relations Liaisons to help grow and strengthen the patient community across two regions. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Patient Relations, the role involves conducting patient outreach, building relationships with insurance brokers and community partners, and representing the organization at events and educational sessions. This position drives membership growth and retention while improving access to care and shaping community perception of the healthcare organization.
