Patient Representative

The Patient Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the Business Office to gather insurance information, verify demographics, and resolve billing or care concerns. This role requires knowledge of customer service processes related to collections, early out accounts, bad debt, and patient assistance screening. The position demands the ability to handle demanding customers and work effectively under pressure.
