Patient Safety and Quality Program Manager

This role provides primary oversight and sustainment for patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives to promote a culture of safety and enhance quality outcomes. The position involves developing and monitoring strategic plans, investigating patient safety events, and facilitating cross-service quality teams to implement improvement plans. The incumbent will manage the Event Reporting System, support peer review processes, and provide staff education on patient safety and quality concepts.
