About this role
The Patient Safety and Risk Lead at Emergency Medical Care (EMC) is responsible for advancing patient safety and patient experience across the EHS system in Nova Scotia. The role supports organizational efforts to foster patient- and family-centered care and to ensure sustained risk management through system-level analysis and improvement. This position reports to the Manager of Risk and Patient Safety and interfaces with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
