The Patient Safety Officer oversees and provides strategic direction for the patient safety program at Holy Cross Health, ensuring practices are evidence-based and aligned with organizational goals. The role supports identification and reduction of patient safety risks, delivers safety assessments and education, and reports to the Director of Risk Management/Patient Safety. This position also assists with insurance and loss control activities and ensures timely updates to safety and risk management policies.
