Patient Safety Coordinator

The Patient Safety Coordinator will drive excellence in healthcare delivery by enhancing patient safety and reducing medical errors within a 350+ bed medical center. This role involves collaborating with facility stakeholders to implement process improvements and minimize factors leading to adverse patient outcomes. The position works under the guidance of the Patient Safety Officer and Chief Quality Officer to support the facility-wide patient safety program.
