Patient Safety Director

The Patient Safety Director serves as the functional domain thought leader for safety at Tenet, developing and implementing an integrated safety agenda across acute care hospitals, USPI, and TPR. This role focuses on up-skilling facility Patient Safety Officers, ensuring adherence to patient safety regulations and accreditation standards, and driving safety outcomes through evidence-based practices. The position collaborates with executive leadership and quality teams to manage risk, improve clinical measures, and maintain regulatory compliance.
