Patient Safety Observer

The Patient Safety Observer provides continuous safety observation and support for patients assessed as safety risks, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This role involves monitoring patients for harmful or dangerous behaviors, assisting with activities of daily living as directed by nursing staff, and maintaining constant communication with the care team.
