Patient Safety Observer

This role provides direct monitoring of patients to ensure safety through continuous observation using the AvaSys Telesitter System or in-person. The position promotes patient safety, upholds standards of privacy and confidentiality, and maintains a secure environment by observing patient behavior and reporting issues. The role requires effective communication with staff and patients while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards.
