Patient Scheduler I

About this role
Level I Patient Scheduler responsible for pre-registering and scheduling patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services. The role involves answering incoming calls, managing follow-up and referral work queues, coordinating with patient care teams, and completing patient checkout with cost estimates and itineraries. This position is onsite at Duluth Clinic and works as part of a care team to support efficient patient access and continuity of care.
