About this role
A Patient Service Agent at Mercy is a full-time role in the Primary Care Call Center supporting patient-facing administrative operations. The position works Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and requires onsite training for at least 90 days before eligibility for a hybrid schedule. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Oklahoma City, OK and will be part of Mercy’s patient services team within the healthcare system.
