Patient Service Rep

The Patient Service Rep supports administrative operations by working closely with families and interacting with physicians, clinical staff, and other administrative positions to accurately schedule, register, and financially clear patients. The role enhances the customer experience by greeting patients, managing patient charts, and ensuring timely medical information availability while protecting patient privacy. Additionally, the position assists with eligibility and authorizations, checks patients in and out, and handles charges and payments to support revenue cycle processes.
