Responsibilities

• Assist patients using registration kiosks and guide them to treatment areas
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information accurately
• Collect payments and issue receipts for services and supplies
• Process incurred charges and discharge patients from the visit
• Maintain front office cleanliness and manage medical supplies
