Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for managing clinic operations, including checking patients in and out, entering accurate information into EMR/EHR systems, and completing payment transactions. This full-time role involves scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring excellent customer service in a professional office environment. The position requires a caring and organized individual to support the Front Desk team at Ankle & Foot Centers of America.
